A custom ranch prairie-style home with a modern twist that offers more than meets the eye. This 5,000 square foot house sports a main-level office right off the entry, a large master suite with sitting area, a huge walk-in closet, and a master bathroom on one side of the house. On the other side are two more bedrooms with en suites. In the center of the house is a large open concept living room, kitchen and dining. The walkout basement features a two bedroom apartment with an open concept living room, kitchen and dining room as well as a mudroom/laundry on one side of the basement. The other side of the basement features a family/TV room, bedroom, bathroom, and exercise room.

Exterior.

The DH Deena features a stucco front elevation with custom pillars, and fiber cement siding around the rest of the exterior. A customized front door with obscure glass offers privacy and a covered porch shields guests and packages from the elements. Natural light pours into the home through Andersen black windows, and a large covered patio and fire pit area as well as an uncovered patio are set on the side of the house.

Kitchen.

A gorgeous, white, L-shaped kitchen with a stained waterfall island. The DH Deena kitchen features soft close doors and drawers, built-in oven/microwave combo, custom hood vent, and a pantry with roll out drawers. Quartz countertops and marble subway backsplash finish off this modern look, highlighted by under-cabinet lighting and outlets to provide a seamless backsplash.

Living Room.

The specialty double tray ceiling detail adds an element of grandeur and the ledge stone fireplace and custom built-ins complement the two tone kitchen cabinets. Large windows allow the setting sun to stream in and engineered hardwood bamboo flooring runs throughout.

Bathrooms.

This home has 5 ½ beautifully tiled bathrooms featuring quartz countertops, glass walls and doors on showers, handpicked tile, heated flooring, custom vanities and more. The master bathroom is an absolute stunner. Laid out on three walls, the shower takes up one while the standalone soaking tub and double sinks take up the other two walls. The master shower and bathroom floor tile is a 24×24 luxury porcelain tile with a marble look and feel. The shower floor and ceiling is a hexagon pattern tile, while the shower seats are quartz countertop, matching the double vanity countertop. Double rain shower heads and thermostatic valves give this shower a spa feel. And finally, the seamless glass wall and door on the shower allows the eye to travel to the back wall of the shower, making this already large master bathroom feel even more spacious.
